Saw your Twitter post asking for a critique of this photo… Not really sure where to start.
The exposure is good. Good color quality, saturation, etc. It’s just that the shot’s not that interesting. The two foreground objects draw my attention away from the main subject of the photo – the home that is for rent.
I am happy to disagree with Philip on this one. The house might be the subject, but the palm tree and the mailbox are both nice structural elements that draw attention to the center of the frame. You’ve got four nice, open corners and I think the picture would actually be less interesting without the foreground elements.

Should have mentioned, the leaves of the palm tree against the sky are excellent as well. The whole top half of the frame is excellent negative space.
